We have to be honest, this one grew on us! It does start off pretty slow, but with time, it morphs into a curious life sim with a sense of mystery that has us trekking forward into the unknown. Time will tell what the full release will look like, but for now, we’ve enjoyed what we’ve experienced so far.

Despite the initial slow pace of One Lonely Outpost, the more you discover the secrets of the planet, the more the story sucked us in and had us chasing down each new alien upgrade. Feel free to share your own thoughts on the game, or ask any questions in the comments, we'll be happy to answer them
Thanks for the review. This one is on my radar, but I do have one major question- can you still only play as male in EA? That's the reason why I haven't picked it up since I'd feel more comfortable playing as my own gender since I know Romance is planned in the game.
